Bar Manager

Role Overview
The Bar Manager is responsible for stock management, rostering bar volunteers, and ensuring safe and compliant bar operations at the Club.
Oversees the club’s bar operations, ensuring it runs smoothly, complies with licensing laws, and delivers on revenue and customer experience goals. Thursday night meals, Friday & Saturday games, and functions.
Tasks Include
- Manage shifts, bar staffing, and ensure RSA compliance.
- Stock management: ordering stock, inventory management, supplier relations.
- Ensure accurate takings, secure handling of floats, reconciliation with Treasurer.
Time Required
Approx 8-10 hours per week during the season when there is a home game / function on the weekend. Minimal hours during the off-season.
About You
- Holds a current RSA certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Friendly, reliable and organised
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Enjoys being part of the Club’s social atmosphere
