About Rotary Hawthorn:

Rotary Hawthorn is a vibrant community service Not-For Profit Club, part of Rotary International, and dedicated to making a positive impact in the local and international community through a range of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and become proficient in the ClubRunner system, including all relevant modules used by Rotary Hawthorn.
  • Advise club leadership and members on best practices for utilizing ClubRunner to manage memberships, communications, events, and reports.
  • Manage the integration of ClubRunner with other systems and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Provide training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to club members using the ClubRunner platform.
  • Collaborate with Rotary Hawthorn committees to understand their system needs and recommend technology solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and user guides for ClubRunner usage tailored to Rotary Hawthorn’s processes.
  • Stay updated on ClubRunner updates and new features, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Assist in broader systems management tasks to enhance the efficiency of the club’s operations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years' experience in systems operations management or related IT roles.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new software platforms and technologies quickly.
  • Familiarity with ClubRunner or similar membership and event management platforms is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for training and advising users.
  • Commitment to Rotary Hawthorn’s values and willingness to contribute to the club’s mission.
