About Rotary Hawthorn:
Rotary Hawthorn is a vibrant community service Not-For Profit Club, part of Rotary International, and dedicated to making a positive impact in the local and international community through a range of projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and become proficient in the ClubRunner system, including all relevant modules used by Rotary Hawthorn.
- Advise club leadership and members on best practices for utilizing ClubRunner to manage memberships, communications, events, and reports.
- Manage the integration of ClubRunner with other systems and ensure data integrity and security.
- Provide training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to club members using the ClubRunner platform.
- Collaborate with Rotary Hawthorn committees to understand their system needs and recommend technology solutions.
- Maintain documentation and user guides for ClubRunner usage tailored to Rotary Hawthorn’s processes.
- Stay updated on ClubRunner updates and new features, implementing improvements as needed.
- Assist in broader systems management tasks to enhance the efficiency of the club’s operations.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years' experience in systems operations management or related IT roles.
- Strong aptitude for learning new software platforms and technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with ClubRunner or similar membership and event management platforms is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for training and advising users.
- Commitment to Rotary Hawthorn’s values and willingness to contribute to the club’s mission.
