Rotary Hawthorn is a vibrant community service Not-For Profit Club, in Melbourne, Australia, part of Rotary International, and dedicated to making a positive impact in the local and international community through a range of projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities/Scope
- Work closely with the designated project co-ordinator to understand the graphic design needs of the Club.
- Create high-quality designs for various purposes, including PowerPoint presentations, welcome packs, anniversary certificates, event posters, flyers, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure that all designs align with the branding guidelines of Rotary International.
- Collaborate with Club Members to brainstorm creative ideas for visual content.
- Provide timely updates on project progress and respond to feedback from the project co-ordinator.
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity for Rotary Hawthorn across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years' experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Club Members
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A passion for community service and a desire to make a positive impact through your design skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in a graphic design or media and communications related field.
