Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled volunteer to provide IT support with a focus on Microsoft 365. This role will help maintain reliable systems, improve security, and ensure our technology effectively supports our services and people.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for staff and volunteers • Manage and optimise Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) • Troubleshoot IT issues and implement practical solutions • Assist with user access, permissions, and configuration within M365 • Support system updates, data management, and backups • Provide advice on IT security and best practice

Skills and Experience: • Experience in IT support or system administration • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and applications • Familiarity with cloud services such as Google Workspace desirable • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
