Are you an admin all-rounder with a heart for helping others? We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Volunteer Admin Assistant to support our Office Manager every Friday and help keep things running smoothly at MND Queensland.

About the role:
Based at our Oxley office, the Volunteer Admin Assistant will support the Office Manager by carrying out light admin tasks to help with the day-to-day coordination of MND Queensland.
As the Volunteer Admin Assistant, you will be:
- Undertaking light admin tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, printing, photocopying etc
- Using Microsoft Office - particularly Microsoft Excel
- Answering phone calls
- Preparing outgoing mail, collecting incoming mail
- Undertaking merchandise stocktakes and preparation for consignment
- Supporting with light reconciliation duties
- Keeping mailout materials and merchandise area tidy
- Undertaking other similar tasks that may arise
About you:
- Comfortable and willing to receive phone calls which may include taking over the phone donations
- Experience in data entry, administration and Office programs (especially Excel)
- Able to undertake activities independently and proactively
- Friendly, down-to-earth attitude
- Passion for helping others and making a difference
- Salesforce experience desirable but not essential
- Current holder of or willing to apply for NDIS WSC (Yellow card)
