Every nappy makes a difference. By volunteering with The Nappy Collective, you’ll help ensure children in your community have the clean, dry nappies they need to stay healthy and happy. Your support gives families dignity, comfort, and hope during tough times. It's a simple yet powerful way to make a real difference in your community.

Right now, 1 in 10 Australian families can’t afford enough nappies. Many are experiencing food and housing insecurity, escaping domestic violence, or seeking refuge. Since 2013, The Nappy Collective has delivered over 9 million nappies to more than 300,000 families across Australia. Through our network of collection points and local family support services, we make sure donated nappies reach the families who need them most.

What you’ll do as a volunteer

• Collect donated nappies from local collection points (businesses) as needed in your area
• Bring them home to sort and re-pack open packs if needed
• Deliver nappies to the nominated local charity partner who supports families in crisis
• Be part of a team of local volunteers making a direct impact in your community

What you need

• No special skills required – just reliability, kindness, good communication, and a willingness to help
• Access to a car for collections and deliveries in your area
• A valid Working With Children Check (free for volunteers in most states/territories)
