About BETTER **BETTER (Building East Timor Through Education/Resources) is an Australian registered charity with a vision of empowering 1 in 4 people in East Timor with revolutionary education by 2030 that creates transformational impact for future generations. As a pioneer leader in charitable education, we aim to enhance the communities of East Timor through education, and provide them with a ‘hand-up’ rather than a ‘hand out’.
The Role
We are seeking an Experienced Salesforce Administrator to support our Salesforce team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our CRM is efficient, accurate, and set up to drive engagement with our donors and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, clean, and update Salesforce data
- Develop automated workflows for donor engagement
- Train and support other team members
- Collaborate with the Salesforce development team
Essential Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification
- Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Desirable Experience
- Familiarity with the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
- Experience working with not-for-profit organisations
