The Role

We are seeking an Experienced Salesforce Administrator to support our Salesforce team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our CRM is efficient, accurate, and set up to drive engagement with our donors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, clean, and update Salesforce data
  • Develop automated workflows for donor engagement
  • Train and support other team members
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce development team

Essential Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification
  • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Desirable Experience

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)
  • Experience working with not-for-profit organisations

Commitment In terms of time commitment, we have a flexible approach to this, as we understand everyone is different. In order to achieve our ambitious mission, we request you commit approx. 3 hours per week.
