Receptionist Administration - Ashfield - #232055

The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation (‘BCF’) is a registered charity whose mission is to provide assistance to address the cause and effect of homelessness and poverty faced by marginalised individuals. We succeed in achieving this through a combination of caring services like food provision, social welfare and education.
Primary Purpose The Receptionist will be working in the Administration Office and will provide additional cover for our main admin reception. As the Director of First Impressions, you will be the first point of contact for anyone coming to the Admin Building and must always greet them in a friendly and polite manner.
‘You only get one chance to make a good first impression’
You will provide additional reception cover when the main receptionist is not available. Ideally, volunteers would be able to commit to a minimum of one day a week from 8am to 11am, between Monday and Friday, on a regular and ongoing basis. We also seek volunteers who can provide temporary cover during receptionist absences.

-
Taking delivery of any packages for the Foundation and notifying recipients of their arrival.
