Podcast Administrator
Key Responsibilities: ● Processing Recorded Conversations: ○ Download and export podcast recordings from Riverside. ○ Upload final recordings to Google Drive in the correct folders and naming conventions. ● Data Management: ○ Cross-check interview details and dates between Notion, post-interview forms, and Salesforce. ○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interviews and production stages. ● Host & Guest Coordination: ○ Communicate with podcast hosts to arrange shared folders for guests to supply photos and other assets for their episodes. ○ Ensure all guest-provided materials are correctly stored and labelled. ● Administrative Support: ○ Assist the Podcast Producer with ad-hoc tasks related to episode preparation and workflow. ● Technical Tasks: ○ Ensure proper file handling and backups of all recordings. ○ Support basic troubleshooting with recording or upload processes.
Skills and Requirements: ● Strong technical competency and ability to learn new platforms quickly (Riverside, Google Drive, Notion, Salesforce). ● Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. ● Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with podcast hosts and guests professionally. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment. ● Nice to have: Basic video editing skills (eg. stitching together recordings, if a conversation was done over 2 files).
