We are seeking someone that is passionate and organised to help us build and strengthen our impact in supporting people living with neurological conditions. This role will be central to recruiting, training and supporting our valued volunteers, while ensuring they feel engaged and recognised as part of our team. We are looking for someone who brings strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups. Experience in coordinating people and managing administrative processes will be highly regarded. A genuine interest in community health and wellbeing, together with the ability to motivate and support volunteers, will help you thrive in this rewarding role. The role will see the coordinator drive the existing volunteer framework and induction process.
