About Vinnies Canberra/Goulburn and Our Shops: The St Vincent de Paul Society Canberra/Goulburn (Vinnies) has been serving the local community for over 100 years. We are committed to offering a ‘hand up’ to people experiencing hardship through practical assistance, advocacy and compassion. Our network of Vinnies Shops is a vital part of our mission. The shops provide high-quality, affordable goods to the community, reduce landfill by reusing and recycling and generate essential funds to support our local programs — including homelessness services, food assistance and emergency relief. Every role in our shops, from sorting donations to serving customers, makes a real difference in people’s lives.

About the Role: Vinnies South Coast Centres needs you to help us sort, clean and price donated jewellery - turning hidden gems into dazzling treasures ready for our customers! Whether you’re a costume jewellery queen, an accessory aficionado or just someone who loves giving back, we want you on the team!

Key Tasks:

• Check jewellery carefully for quality and condition.
• Clean and display items so they look their best.
• Price items following Vinnies guidelines.
• Organise jewellery displays to make browsing easy for customers.

Skills & Attributes:

• Good attention to detail.
• Some product knowledge is helpful but not essential.
• Careful handling of small, delicate items.
