You’ll find and connect with passionate, organised, and collaborative individuals who love live music and want to make a difference. You'll help them get aligned with our mission and equipped to start productive work, supporting them as they learn our tools and processes relevant to their role. This volunteer role is open to JobSeeker recipients and may count toward mutual obligation requirements, subject to approval by your employment services provider.

Recruit Passionate People

  • Find volunteers who love live music and want to help.
  • Target and recruit individuals who are organised, collaborative, and motivated.
  • Prioritise recruiting people from nominated regions Victoria and Melbourne, where local knowledge is invaluable.

Support a Strong Start

  • Welcome new volunteers by introducing them to our mission and how their work fits into the bigger picture.
  • Provide guidance and training on our gig research tools and systems.
  • Make sure every new team member feels confident, supported, and excited to get involved.
  • Work with us to help connect volunteers to the right roles within our organisation.

What We’re Looking For

  • You must have a genuine passion for live music and a belief in its power to connect communities.
  • Experience in recruitment, volunteer coordination, or similar roles is preferred but not essential.
  • Comfortable with modern office tech such as Excel
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile to find the right people in the right places.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and in a team.
  • Familiarity with regional Victoria is a plus.
  • Availability to commit around 12 hours per week.
