Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer HR Coordinator to assist with the recruitment and onboarding of volunteers and student placements, as well as the design and delivery of training resources for our clients, staff, and volunteer team. This role is ideal for someone with HR, training, or administrative experience who wants to make a tangible difference in their community.

Key Duties • Support end-to-end recruitment for volunteers and student placements, from advertising roles to conducting interviews. • Manage onboarding processes, including necessary checks, induction, and welcome activities. • Work with our leadership team to scope and develop training programs for clients to build skills and confidence. • Create short, engaging training modules for staff and volunteers to ensure everyone is supported and up to date. • Maintain accurate HR records and volunteer files in line with policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, training, or related fields is highly desirable. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks. • Experience developing or delivering training would be an advantage. • Commitment to confidentiality and professional standards.
