Learn2Grow Coordinator (Online)

Key Responsibilities · Program Coordination: Manage the Learn to Grow program lifecycle — from planning and enrolment to session delivery and completion. · Accreditation & Partnerships: Work with universities and educational bodies to explore and secure accreditation for relevant programs. · Curriculum Development: Collaborate with volunteer trainers to co-create engaging, short-term learning modules aligned with community needs. · Session Management: Schedule and oversee virtual learning sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and participant engagement. · Monitoring & Reporting: Track enrolment, attendance, and learning outcomes, and prepare regular performance updates for the Board. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from participants and trainers to refine program content and delivery · Compliance & Oversight: Support alignment with relevant financial standards and ensure responsible use of charitable funds. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Grants Officer and Programs team to align financial planning with strategic initiatives.
