Policy & Procedure Developer (2-3 positions available)

As a Policy & Procedure Developer you will be:
- Developing the charity's policies and procedures to address governance and operational requirements.
- Work with the Secretary (and P&P Development team) to develop these policies and procedures including drafting, reviewing, communicating and implementation.
- working with stakeholders across the organisation including our service management and delivery teams to make sure we have the right processes in place to support the incredible work that the teams do.
- have the potential to stay on in the role in a compliance capacity to support and inform the integration of policies / procedures into operations e.g. standard operating procedures.
