We are seeking volunteers who would enjoy assisting in a cafe located at our residential aged care home in Minto. The role would be suitable for volunteers who enjoy engaging with older people and their friends and family. If you have barista training even better but it is not required, our team can help you learn.

The role will entail making and serving tea/coffee and light refreshments. Clearing and resetting tables, welcoming and chatting with residents and their guests.

The role would be 2 hours per shift on a Sunday morning. Applicants must be over 18 years of age.

You will receive excellent support from our dedicated staff and should find your time volunteering personally rewarding as well. Our residents are incredible individuals with rich stories and life experiences that they often enjoy sharing during activity times. They are always eager to connect, as time spent with visitors brings joy and enriches their lives.
