Social Program Volunteers - Saturdays MARANGAROO

Spectrum Space is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of services for autistic young people.
We see incredible potential in autistic young people. Our mission is to deliver high-quality services for autistic young Western Australians, supporting them to build connections and meaningful relationships.
Using a strengths-based approach, we offer a range of social programs for young people aged 18 plus. These programs provide opportunities to make new friends and engage in activities that reflect their interests, such as computer coding, arts and crafts, or simply spending time together at a local café or restaurant.
As a social program volunteer, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone. By recognising and supporting each young person’s strengths and interests, you will play an important role in building confidence, connection, and belonging.
Before starting your volunteering journey with us, you will be required to obtain the following:
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
If you are passionate about supporting autistic young people and would like to develop your skills while working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, please submit your expression of interest and one of our friendly team members will be in touch.
