What you'll do:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our national tutoring program

• Manage tutor-student pairing, onboard volunteers, and streamline education workflows

• Support and supervise the Tutoring Officer(s)

• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot issues with care

• Improve systems to increase efficiency, consistency, and impact

Who we're looking for:

• You’re a strong communicator and a proactive leader with excellent organisational skills

• You care deeply about education and believe in equitable access for all

• You’re confident working with spreadsheets, email systems, and people

• You can commit to at least 5 hours per week, ideally for 12+ months

• Bonus: You’ve got experience in education, operations, or volunteer coordination
