As a Board Director, you’ll play a strategic and advisory role, guiding the organisation’s direction, ensuring good governance, and supporting our mission to grow in reach and impact.

We are a small, passionate and collaborative board with a strong focus on practical results, ethical leadership and culture, financial prudence and media relations skills.

Board meetings are held every 6 weeks via video, with occasional in-person events and ad hoc engagement between meetings.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome expressions of interest from individuals who can bring one or more of the following:

• Experience in governance, board leadership, or executive-level decision making
• A background in the charity or social impact sectors
• Knowledge of ACNC governance requirements (or willingness to learn)
• Strong networks and a passion for using professional skills for good
• A strategic mindset and commitment to collaborative, hands-on involvement
