Support Person for our Group Programs

What Lifebridge is about Lifebridge is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting older Australians to live independently at home for as long as possible. Our programs are grounded in Montessori principles and Positive Psychology, empowering individuals to gently step outside their comfort zones — activating coordination, balance, and neural pathways in ways that promote confidence, wellbeing, and purpose. Our groups are unique and provide a wonderful community with joy, purpose and connection at the forefront.
Cottage Groups Our Cottage groups have morning tea at 10.30am followed by some games, singing, dancing. Lunch is around 12.30pm followed by additional activities. We also have groups that are task specific such as Arts/Crafts, strength Training, crochet, choir and more. The groups start heading home around 2.30pm.
Outing Groups Buses leave at 9am and take customers to enjoy morning tea at one of the Tweed shire parklands (location changes every week). We will then play some games and head off to lunch at varied locations each week. We will commence dropping the customers home around 2pm.
