As part of our ongoing growth, changes to funding streams, and commitment to continuous improvement, we are forming a Program Committee. Purpose of the Committee:

• Help set the strategic direction of our programs and activities
• Provide advice on future program development
• Ensure programs meet the needs of our community
• Ensure programs align with government funding requirements
• Support the alignment of marketing and promotion with our program goals
• Consider: What is our core service? What are we known for?

The committee’s focus may evolve over time as it becomes more established.
