💼 About the Role Do you enjoy chatting with people, love a good spreadsheet (or can tolerate one without crying), and believe that doing business should leave the world better than we found it? We’re looking for a Volunteer Customer Service Representative who can help us keep our wonderful clients in the loop about the positive social and environmental impact they’re making just by being our customer. (Yeah, it’s pretty cool.)

You’ll be the friendly human on the other end of an email or call, giving clients updates about how their purchases from our certified social enterprise are contributing to good things like climate action, inclusion, and ethical tech supply chains.

🧩 What You’ll Do Send updates to clients about their impact with TechForGood

Answer occasional customer questions with kindness and clarity

Work with our small but mighty team to improve our customer communication flow

Help us show our clients that they’re not just buying tech – they’re backing a movement

🙋‍♀️ Who You Are You’re a natural communicator – friendly, clear, and reliable

You care about making a difference and love helping others do the same

You're comfortable using (or learning) systems like HubSpot, Shopify, and Gmail

You can commit to 6 hours a week, spread over 3 days

Bonus points if you’ve got experience in customer service, admin, or impact reporting – but we’re also happy to train the right person!
