Primary Prevention Volunteer

CatholicCare (Diocese of Broken Bay)

This role will be supporting the facilitators and Manager of the Primary Prevention team

  • Administration tasks – making calls to book in workshop participants
  • Preparation of resource packs
  • Some data collation of feedback/evaluation forms
  • Email services to provide prepared information
  • On occasion attend service events and activities
  • Ordering on line resources as needed
  • Data entry to support DV caseworker ( DV Team)
  • Possible pick up of material items from Charity

Requirements

  • Good reading and writing skills

  • Good telephone etiquette and skills

  • Computer skills

  • Resilience and confidentiality in regard to DFV cases

  • Able to be flexible with days/times if required.
