Key Responsibilities

• Clean, restructure and format datasets with several thousand records for reporting and operational use
• Create and improve tables and spreadsheets that track program delivery, stakeholder engagement and survey responses
• Extract key insights from data using advanced Excel or Google Sheets functionality
• Identify and implement efficiencies across current spreadsheet-based workflows
• Maintain and regularly update central trackers with minimal supervision

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced experience with Excel and Google Sheets
• Confident using nested functions, array formulas, pivot tables, query functions, and data validation tools
• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and build solutions independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling datasets with several thousand records
• Strong communication and initiative—able to suggest improvements to current systems
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a small team
