The Outreach Program has been running for 10 years and involves a group of volunteers (4-5 people led by an experienced Night Leader) walking a fixed route through Melbourne's CBD every Tuesday and Thursday night, directly engaging with people sleeping rough. Through conversation and providing emergency material and food aid, volunteers are able to provide support to people when they are generally in their greatest need of social and material assistance.

There is 1 remaining position available for this role and the responsibilities include:

• Bring new energy and ideas to the Outreach Program.
• Work closely with the other Co-Outreach Program Manager to ensure effective continuity and task sharing.
• Foster and coordinate the progression and training of Assistant Outreach Night Leaders & Outreach Night Leaders.
• Oversee the consistent implementation of the new Outreach Program impact survey form.
• Identify and implement program improvements.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with other orgs.
• Coordinate storage supplies/stock.
• Coordination with Volunteer Managers.
• Monitor Program budget and spend.
• Provide a monthly Program report and attend monthly meetings.
