HR Coordinator
- Maintain HR policies and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date role descriptions
- Assist supervisors with the recruitment of volunteers including managing advertising, application, selection and appointment processes
- Coordinate Induction and Role-specific Training Programs
- Assist in Recognition process
- Advise supervisors on the volunteer performance management process
