📌 About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented volunteer to help create a spreadsheet for us track sales and expenses for our eBay store. The role involves building a spreadsheet to monitor product costs, fees, and profits, ensuring we accurately calculate how much is being raised for the cause.

✨ Key Responsibilities Create a spreadsheet that includes:

Product purchase cost, eBay and payment fees, sale price, shipping cost, and net profit

Profit margin allocated to charity

Assist in tracking GST components

Provide clear summaries for reporting

Communicate via email with our founder – no calls required

Advise what GST is required to be paid

🛠️ Skills & Experience Confident using Excel or Google Sheets (including formulas and formatting)

Understanding of eBay or online marketplaces a bonus

Comfortable working independently and remotely

Bonus if familiar with GST concepts
