We're searching for a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to help us make Santa Paws 2025 an unforgettable success. In this crucial role, you'll be the heart of our volunteer team, ensuring everyone is organized, supported, and ready to spread holiday cheer.

What you'll do:

• Recruit and onboard volunteers: Attract enthusiastic individuals to help with various Santa Paws 2025 activities.
• Coordinate volunteer schedules: Create and manage schedules to ensure all event needs are covered.
• Communicate effectively: Serve as the main point of contact for volunteers, providing information and updates.
• Provide support and motivation: Foster a positive and collaborative environment for our volunteer team.
• Manage volunteer assignments: Delegate tasks effectively to utilize each volunteer's skills.
• Ensure volunteers are well-briefed: Provide necessary information, guidelines and training.

Time commitment:

This role requires a flexible time commitment, averaging around 5 hours per week initially, increasing to approximately 10 hours per week closer to the event.
