We're on the lookout for a fantastic Sponsor Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in the success of Santa Paws 2025! Our founder is busy lining up amazing sponsors, and we need someone dedicated to ensuring their journey with us is seamless and impactful, from the initial handshake through to post-event follow-up.

As our Sponsor Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things sponsor-related for Santa Paws 2025. You'll be instrumental in:

• Guiding sponsors through their lifecycle: Ensuring they understand the process and feel valued every step of the way as they support our festive event for pets.
• Coordinating with stakeholders: Keeping everyone informed according to our established sponsorship workflow. This means clear and timely communication with internal teams and our wonderful sponsors who are helping to make Santa Paws a reality.
• Being the central point of contact: Answering queries and proactively addressing any needs that arise from our sponsors.
• Contributing to the magic of Santa Paws 2025: Your efforts will directly contribute to making our event a resounding success for pets and their owners!

This is a flexible volunteer role that will ebb and flow with our event timeline. You can expect to dedicate around 5 hours per week initially, with the time commitment increasing to approximately 10 hours per week as we get closer to the festive fun of Santa Paws 2025.

This is a critical role within our organisation, and you'll be reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, work closely with leadership, and make a tangible impact on an event that brings smiles to faces (and wags to tails!).
