We are currently seeking a volunteer for a lovely man in Harrington who loves to fish but is unable to go fishing as he can't get out on his own!

Let us connect you with an older person in your community who is experiencing loneliness.

We're looking for kind and compassionate people who can bring friendship and fun to an isolated older person in your community.

What you'll do

• Spend delightful hours fishing with individuals who could use a friendly companion
• Share tips, stories, and the joy of fishing in a relaxing environment.
• Help brighten someone's day with your enthusiasm and kindness.
• Fortnightly visits at a time that suits both you (the visitor) and the older person where you'll provide companionship and enjoy each other’s company.
