Do you fancy yourself a Quiz Master of sorts? Do you find yourself calling out to the TV? Well put down the phone and come on down to HammondCare Wahroonga! Ideally, you’ll be available to set up a room with tables and chairs, assist in bringing residents together, announce the quiz questions and handing out prizes!

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.
