SWORD SES Logistics forms part of new State Operations Logistics Support –Taskforce. We play a significant role in supporting our emergency services sate wide and are inviting capable and enthusiastic team members to join our team.

We encourage members from all backgrounds to express their interest in joining. If suitable, you will be trained in a range of activities including responding to statewide emergencies such as:

• Bushfires
• Cyclones
• Hazardous materials emergencies
• Large scale search and rescues

Skills that you will be trained in over time include:

• Camp management
• Tent city construction
• Remote Field Power Distributions Systems
• On and off-road forklift operations (If license held)
• Access to all SES training courses

Essential Criteria:

• Physically fit as this role is physically demanding
• National Police Certificate
• Medical Check
• Police Clearance

Desirable Criteria:

• Driver's License – preferably HR
• Forklift License
