Marketing & Communications

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Draft and edit content for newsletters, flyers, blogs, website, and donor communications
  • Support brand messaging and visual storytelling
  • Contribute ideas and content for awareness and fundraising campaigns

Social Media & Digital Content

  • Develop and schedule content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor engagement and community interaction, responding to comments and messages
  • Stay on top of trends and suggest creative ways to increase reach and engagement
  • Assist with analytics and performance tracking

Business & Events Support

  • Support event coordination (community events, education forums, fundraising initiatives)
  • Assist with stakeholder communications, CRM data entry, and logistics
  • Help track campaign outcomes and prepare post-event reports
  • Provide administrative support to the communications and fundraising team as needed

Learning & Development

  • Attend team meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions

  • Receive mentorship from experienced professionals in communications, NFP strategy, and operations

  • Gain insight into the challenges and opportunities of the non-profit sector

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Passion forcommunity causes and making a difference

Desirable:

  • Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital strategy
  • Interest in health, advocacy, or the not-for-profit space
