Core Functions:
Meeting Management:

Organize and facilitate board meetings and AGM (Annual General Meeting).

Prepare meeting agendas in collaboration with the committee. Record and distribute minutes of meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Send meeting minutes to all committee members.

Monitor and follow up on action items arising from meetings.
Compliance and Governance:

Ensure the charity complies with relevant laws, regulations, and its governing document.

Maintain accurate records and documentation, including minutes, policies, and financial records.
Communication and Liaison:

Manage internal and external communications, including sending notices, distributing documents, and responding to inquiries.

Act as a liaison between the board and the broader organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
