The Volunteer Marketing Manager for Women for Women in Africa will lead all marketing initiatives with a focus on social media strategy to raise awareness, attract sponsors and donors, and support the organization's mission. This role works closely with the Chairperson, Functions Convenor and Philanthropy Officer to implement the strategic marketing plan. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic marketing plan • Create and manage compelling content across all social media platforms • Coordinate digital campaigns to increase donor engagement and sponsorship • Analyse marketing metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact • Collaborate with the Chairperson, Functions Coordinator and Philanthropy Officer on fundraising initiatives • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications • Identify and engage with potential sponsors and donors • Stay current on nonprofit marketing trends and best practices • Oversee brand management to ensure consistent messaging across all communications in liaison with the Communication Convenor

Qualifications • Marketing experience, particularly in nonprofit or social impact sectors • Strong social media management skills across multiple platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Experience in content creation and storytelling • Ability to analyse marketing metrics and data • Project management skills and attention to detail • Passion for human rights, women's empowerment, gender equity and international development • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
