ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our social media presence and help grow an engaged, authentic online community.

You’ll be the creative force behind our platforms, bringing our stories, services, partnerships and impact to life across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. From content creation to campaign support, you’ll play a key role in helping us reach more women, volunteers, partners and supporters across Victoria.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Content Creation & Management

• Create engaging posts, reels, videos and stories aligned with our brand and mission

• Maintain a content calendar to keep things consistent and timely

• Develop simple templates to streamline workflows

Community Engagement

• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages

• Build meaningful connections with clients, volunteers, donors and partners

• Encourage interaction through polls, Q&As, live content and storytelling

Strategy & Growth

• Help shape and deliver our social media strategy

• Track what’s working and share insights with the CEO

• Stay on top of trends to keep content fresh and relevant

Campaigns & Collaboration

• Support fundraising campaigns, events and partnerships

• Work closely with the CEO and Events team to align messaging

• Help tell the stories behind the impact we make every day

ABOUT YOU

You’ll bring:

• Experience managing social media for a brand, business or not-for-profit

• A strong eye for storytelling and engaging copy

• Confidence using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar

• An understanding of what performs well across different platforms

• A proactive, organised and creative approach

Bonus points if you have:

• Not-for-profit or fundraising experience

• Knowledge of analytics, SEO or paid social

• A genuine passion for supporting women and social impact
