What You'll Do

✅ Content Creation & Management – Develop, schedule, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

✅ Community Engagement & Growth – Build relationships with our followers, respond to messages and comments, and create interactive content (polls, Q&As, live events).

✅ Strategy & Analytics – Use tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics to track performance, report insights, and optimize content.

✅ Campaign & Collaboration – Work with our CEO and Board to align messaging, support fundraising initiatives, and amplify our partnerships.

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience managing social media for a brand, business, or nonprofit.

✅ Proven ability to create engaging content, from compelling copy to eye-catching graphics and videos.

✅ Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).

✅ Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).

✅ Ability to analyse data, track engagement, and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Bonus Points If You Have

⭐ Experience in nonprofit marketing, fundraising, or community engagement.

⭐ Knowledge of SEO, paid social media ads, and email marketing.

⭐ A passion for supporting women's economic independence.
