The Secretary will keep the team on track to meet discussed actions and objectives by recording the agreed actions and outcomes.

Thier organisation skills will keep the team on track and the minutes will form part of the Group leaders yearly report to district.

The main focus for the committee will be to grow the group, manage the hall facilities and keep parents and members up to date.
