Digital Platform Support

A Digital Platform Support Volunteer will -
- Support charities and donors in navigating the Recovere platform
- Help troubleshoot issues or questions they have
- Work closely with our team to flag bugs and improve the user experience
- Assist in testing new platform features and providing user feedback.
Skills and experience we’d love to see:
- Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated people who enjoy helping others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using online platforms and tools (basic tech skills are great)
- Compassion, cultural awareness, and a collaborative attitude
Previous experience in community work, communications, or admin is helpful, but not required. Please email us at info@recovere.org with:
