The Role Includes:

  • Assist people who access the hub in a way that is respectful, appropriate, and professional

  • Assist people from diverse backgrounds and with complex needs to access products and services provided at the Good Money hub

  • Deliver direct client-centered service (by phone, email, face-to-face and online), including: Greet people who access the hub Guide people through the products and services offered, relevant to their needs

  • Provide referrals to internal and external support services, as required

  • Assist people to gather documentation needed to access services (including liaising with suppliers or service providers and using technology)

  • Assist with event and workshop organization

  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties (this may include responding to emails, internet enquiries, hub calendar and room bookings, restocking resources, maintaining the referral database (through accurate data entry) and community information at the hub. )
