The volunteer Treasurer is a responsible person on the Alpha-1 Organisation Australia inc Board and keeps the organisation’s finances in order. Main duties: invoice payments; account balances and funds transfer; cashflow manager; monthly and YTD P&L report; prepare budget for approval, prepare annual report, attend AGM to present report; analyse expenditure YTD and prepare budget/cashflow estimate; manage financial risk; manage bank accounts / investments; policy and legislation compliance.
