The DAD - Technology & AI will work under the supervision of the AD-Technology & AI and is responsible for monitoring, planning and implementing all ICT activities to assist each Portfolios and each portfolio leader in ICT planning of each Portfolio.

Key duties of portfolio will include: • Plan ICT needs strategically • Ensure web and emails are functioning well and upgraded appropriately • Ensure support when there are technical issues • Represent the Technology & AI portfolio in meetings on behalf of the AD when the AD is unavailable • Maintain a strong relationship with all portfolio leaders to ensure their ICT needs are being met • Maintain a relationship with vendors and providers of services to the chapter • Assist in making recommendations to portfolios where ICT solutions are appropriate • Develop an IT strategy to help deliver the chapter strategy • Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over ICT activities
