Volunteer Secretary /Public Officer
-To support our governance, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with legal requirements.
- Circulate Agendas, take and distribute the meeting minutes. -Ensure followups on agreed actions. -Maintain key documents including policies. -Keep up with charity best practice. -Ensure charity records are organised and accessible.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
- Knowledge of charity governance or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using email, document storage, google drive, dropbox and basic administration tools
