We are seeking a friendly and reliable Volunteer Receptionist to assist with answering calls, greeting visitors, providing referrals, and supporting emergency relief. This role, based at Beenleigh Neighbourhood Centre, is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and basic Microsoft Outlook experience.

Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls, assisting walk-in service users, referring individuals to relevant organisations, supporting emergency relief efforts, and performing general administrative tasks.

Commitment: Tuesdays, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays and closure periods).

Skills Required: Friendly and approachable attitude, good communication skills, and ability to use Microsoft Outlook for emails and calendar management.

We can complete a Centrelink Verification of Voluntary Work form (SU462) if required for mutual obligation purposes.
