1. What is the Pink Cross Foundation Australia?

Pink Cross is a survivor-founded not-for-profit focused on education, digital awareness, and national advocacy around the realities of the s-x industry, online exploitation, and coercive control.

While our work is now education-led, we still provide limited therapeutic support through the Be Your Best (BYB) Clinic, offering trauma-informed guidance, referrals, and community connection. BYB remains active, but it is now a smaller part of our operations.

Pink Cross creates evidence-based courses, digital safety programs, and awareness campaigns that protect young people, empower women, and equip communities with truth, compassion, and practical tools. Our mission is to promote safe, respectful human relationships and work toward a world free from commercial s-xual exploitation.

2. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role’s duties include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring shared inbox
• Replying to received emails
• Organisation and actioning of emails received in accordance with procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Participate in trauma informed training
• Schedule meetings with agendas
• Other ADOC duties as required

3. The ideal candidate must have:

• A passion for Pink Cross’ mission
• Strong time management and organisation
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
• Be sympathetic
• Desirable: previous administrative/EA experience
• Female applicant only (required for mission alignment)
