As a Hospital Guide, you will be the friendly face that helps patients and visitors navigate their way through our large and busy hospital. This role is perfect for someone with excellent customer service skills, a warm and welcoming attitude, and the ability to walk long distances—you could clock up 10,000 steps a day!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in finding their destinations
• Provide clear directions and friendly support
• Help ease anxiety by offering reassurance and guidance
• Be part of a supportive and social volunteer team
