Can you capture the heart of our impact?

The Nappy Collective is looking for skilled storytellers—communications professionals, copywriters, journalists, and writers—who can help us bring the voices of families in crisis to the forefront.

Every week, we provide thousands of nappies to families in need, but behind every donation is a powerful story. We need compassionate volunteers to speak with community partners and nappy recipients, capturing the real-life impact of our work and why continued support is so vital.

These stories will be shared across our social media, EDMs, and website blog to inspire donors, supporters, and volunteers.

What You’ll Do: 📝 Interview community partners and parents/carers (where appropriate) to understand how nappies make a difference. 📖 Write 1–2 compelling stories per month that highlight the impact of nappy donations. 💛 Ensure dignity and sensitivity when sharing personal experiences, always respecting confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For: ✅ Strong writing and storytelling skills, with an ability to capture emotion and impact. ✅ A compassionate and respectful approach—families may be in crisis, and discretion is paramount. ✅ Experience in communications, journalism, copywriting, or similar fields. ✅ Ability to work independently and flexibly.

This is a volunteer role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference by amplifying the voices of families who cannot advocate for themselves.
