What does the role look like?
As Volunteer Assistant Secretary, you will help support our mission by providing a record of discussions and actions during meetings to enable the branch to progress forward. Your responsibilities will include:
*Organise and distribute a meeting agenda prior to each monthly meeting
*Take meeting minutes while being present at a 1-hour meeting once a month and distribute to all members within two weeks after the meeting
*Opportunity to attend occasional community events and get involved in fundraising – optional
*Ensure all RSPCA NSW guidelines, policies and procedures are followed
