Volunteer Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
-Responding to client inquiries via phone, face-to-face, and email. -Entering client information accurately into our database. -Sending relevant information and resources to clients. -Maintaining a positive and non-judgmental approach to all interactions.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Prior customer service or office experience.
- Keyboard skills (touch typing, data entry).
- Familiarity with office technology (phones, computers, photocopiers, scanners).
- Experience with Google Drive and Gmail (preferred, but not essential).
