Key Responsibilities:

-Responding to client inquiries via phone, face-to-face, and email. -Entering client information accurately into our database. -Sending relevant information and resources to clients. -Maintaining a positive and non-judgmental approach to all interactions.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Prior customer service or office experience.
  • Keyboard skills (touch typing, data entry).
  • Familiarity with office technology (phones, computers, photocopiers, scanners).
  • Experience with Google Drive and Gmail (preferred, but not essential).
