Logo for International Volunteers for Peace

International Volunteers for Peace (IVP) is a non-profit organisation that was founded in Australia in 1988. IVP organises volunteering projects and opportunities together with local communities to assist with community needs and causes. Volunteers are recruited from Australia and all across the world through its global network. Likewise IVP facilitates the exchange of volunteers to projects organised by our partner organisations in 60+ countries.

IVP activities are aimed at encouraging understanding among peoples and promoting discussion and an appreciation of the problems that different communities face in their struggles for social justice and environmental harmony.
