Position Title: Mentor Program Coordinator Support Officer Leading into the Future 2026 – She Leads

Position Overview: WFWP Australia is seeking a highly organised and values-driven individual to support the coordination and delivery of the 2026 Leading into the Future Mentor Program. Now in its fifth year, this transformational six-month journey develops heart-led leadership in women across Australia through mentorship, masterclasses, and the Global Women’s Peace Network (GWPN) National Assembly.

The Support Officer plays a vital operational role in ensuring a seamless experience for mentors, mentees, workshop presenters, and committee members. Working closely with the Program Director, Mentor Coordinators, and the GWPN Planning Committee, this role contributes to cultivating a professional, inspiring, and well-managed leadership initiative under the 2026 theme: She Leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Help with program Coordination & Administration
  2. Support the end-to-end coordination of the six-month mentor program
  3. Manage registrations, participant communication, onboarding processes, and scheduling
  4. Maintain accurate records of mentors, mentees, workshop attendance, and engagement

Mentor & Mentee Engagement:

  1. Provide ongoing logistical support throughout the program
  2. Monitor participation and flag any issues requiring follow-up

Masterclass Workshop Support:

  1. Help coordinate logistics for six online leadership Masterclasses
  2. Liaise with presenters regarding scheduling, promotion, and materials
  3. Help manage online session links, attendance tracking, and post-session communications

GWPN National Assembly Collaboration:

  1. Work in partnership with the Global Women’s Peace Network Planning Committee
  2. Support mentee participation and event integration at the National Assembly
  3. Assist with event logistics, registration coordination, and follow-up

Communications & Promotion:

  1. Support marketing efforts through email campaigns, social media coordination, and website updates.
  2. Assist in drafting program communications and promotional materials
  3. Ensure consistent messaging aligned with the heart-led leadership focus.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  1. Collect feedback from mentors and mentees
  2. Assist in preparing summary reports and impact evaluations
  3. Contribute ideas to strengthen program delivery and participant experience

General Support:

  1. Provide administrative and operational support as required
  2. Assist with stakeholder engagement and partnership communications
